A health/life coach on a mission to help women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s to see middle age as the exciting time it is. (Nope, that’s not a typo!)

I’m also a health behavior scientist with a Ph.D. from the University of Toronto, a former National Cancer Institute of Canada postdoctoral fellow, and a professional wellness speaker.
My Byte-Size Wellness® approach is the culmination of my 30-year research/academic career in exercise & health promotion, disease management, aging, addictions, and tobacco control.
Don’t get me wrong. Life isn’t always perfect!
I’ve been through enough of my own health challenges and mid-life transitions (moving to a different country, going through a divorce and more) to know that things don’t always go as planned.
I reached a point where I needed to invest in myself, so I took a sabbatical from my own self-care business and put my mental, spiritual, and physical health first. If you’re ready to prioritize self-care too, it doesn’t have to be hard.
The goal of my program is to make wellness accessible and sustainable. It starts with shifting from an "all-or-nothing" mindset to a micro-step, micro-habit mindset and embracing wellness as a journey, a lifestyle, not a destination.
It's the small changes that, when repeated, lead to healthy habits that have long-lasting results.
