In-person workshop for active adults looking for a change from their exercise routine and/or wanting to up-level their walking workouts. A FULL-BODY WORKOUT, walking with poles activates 90% of muscles (upper and lower body muscles) compared to 40% of muscles (lower body muscles only) activated without poles.

Location: Rockville (near The Universities at Shady Grove)

or alternate locations for custom groups in the DMV.
