A Quick Peek at What's Inside
Everything you need for practicing healthy eating in the real-world is waiting for you inside.

Hi, I'm Dr. Kim!
Â
A health/life coach helping women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s love themselves wholeheartedly, re-discovering joy and vitality in mid-life. Â
I’m also a health behavior scientist with a Ph.D. from the University of Toronto where I was an adjunct professor and former National Cancer Institute of Canada postdoctoral fellow.Â
My Byte-Size Wellness® approach evolved from my academic career in exercise/health promotion, disease management, aging and addictions.
I created EAT 201 with a team of Registered Dietitians. Together we assembled all the steps you need to eat mindfully and intuitively while choosing a diet that's right for you.
Here's where my confession and success story come in...
Rewind to 2020, and I'd basically hit rock bottom with my health.
Since moving to the U.S. from Canada a few years earlier, I gained 22 pounds. That might not seem like a lot (or maybe it does!) … but on my small five-foot frame, that’s a significant and noticeable weight gain.
The weight gain wreaked havoc on my physical and mental health – not to mention my wallet – as I had to buy a new wardrobe to accommodate my changing sizes from what had always been a petite frame!
And, while I do maintain an active lifestyle and don’t drink alcohol, coffee, or sugary drinks like fruit juices and sodas, I now believe that my weight gain - which started at menopause - was primarily due to stress.

So how did I lose 22 pounds and reclaim my health?
Spoiler Alert: It WASN'T with a fad or extreme diet!
My approach to real-world eating is simple, practical and sustainable. I created a step-by-step program that will inspire you to be thoughtful and intentional about the foods you purchase, prepare and eat at home, on the run, and when dining out.
Simple lifestyle changes lead to healthy habits that nourish your body and mind, add vitality to your workdays and workouts, and have long-lasting results.
Let's do this!
