As leaders move into their mid-40s, 50s and beyond, maintaining strength, balance, and mobility is vital for supporting leadership stamina and longevity. This evidence-based workshop reflects the latest 2023 Clinical Practice Guidelines for improving bone health, managing low bone mass and uncomplicated osteoporosis, and preventing falls and fractures.

For experienced leaders, maintaining strength and mobility isn’t about fitness — it’s about sustaining presence, confidence, and leadership stamina.

What participants will learn:

▪ Three essential types of exercises proven to prevent falls and fractures

 Key posture and movement modifications to ensure exercises, daily tasks, and household chores are done safely.

 Simple lifestyle habits that support lifelong mobility, agility, and independence.

This highly interactive session has participants practicing simple, real-world balance, strength and agility exercises that can be apply immediately at work and in daily life.
